How America rewards the faithful and distributes favors

America similarly distributes favors to the faithful by choosing individuals from targeted countries or faithful countries. America is now promoting people of Indian origin in high places in its administration. But positions to watch are - Pope, IMF chief, World Bank chief, chief of Amnesty International, Red Cross, Human Rights Watch, Sec. Gen. of the UN.
They had a polish pope because Poland was going to be one of the theatres in bringing down the communist bloc.
Now it is South Korea's turn to be favored - as a reward for transforming a 100% buddhist nation at the turn of the twentieth century into a Catholic Christian majority country in the span of 100 years - we have a South Korean UN Sec. Gen and a South Korean world bank president.
And as diamond corwn in all this bedecking, the Pope went to South Korea to tell us he has no conquering intentions. He is going to Sri Lanka soon to see how ready is the project to create the Christian state of Tamil Eelam. RR
